Inspired by Dr. Evette Rose & My Years of Listening to the Body’s Wisdom
There’s a truth I’ve come to know in over a decade of working intimately with the human body: Pain is never random.
It might show up as a migraine, a frozen shoulder, a tightening in the chest, or even as something as seemingly insignificant as a hangnail. But in my work—where therapeutic touch meets metaphysical mentorship—I’ve witnessed again and again: the body is a messenger.
And it never lies.

So when I came across Dr. Evette Rose’s newest book, Solving Pain Without Pills, I felt a deep resonance. Her message—that pain is emotional, energetic, personal, and most importantly, solvable—is one I’ve lived and breathed with every client who has come through my door seeking relief.
What if the pain isn’t just physical?
Many people carry unresolved grief in their chest. They hold old betrayals in their back. They grit their jaw against the unspoken truths of their childhood. And when conventional treatments fail to bring relief, it’s not because the body is broken—it’s because the message hasn’t yet been heard.
In her book, Dr. Rose explores how:
Trauma can hardwire the nervous system into pain patterns
Emotions like guilt, shame, and sorrow can get stored in the tissues
And how true healing comes not from suppressing symptoms, but from listening to them
This is the heart of what I do.
In my own practice, whether through therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, or spiritual hypnosis, the deeper question I hold is always the same:
“What is this pain trying to say?”
And often, the body answers.
Not in words, but in sighs. In trembling. In waves of emotion released in stillness.
Sometimes it shows up as an image, a memory, or a sudden sense of peace after years of tension.
This is not magic—it’s biology and spirit intertwined.
It’s the sacred remembering of who we are when we feel safe enough to soften.

An Invitation to Pause and Listen
If you’ve been chasing relief through pills, quick fixes, or specialists who tell you “there’s nothing wrong,” please know: your pain is valid. And there is another way.
