We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping and we can't afford to be in a position that can be slowly deteriorating our health. Stomach sleepers are doing harm to themselves, the body is not meant to be in this prone position for that length of time. The correct ways to sleep are on the side with a pillow between the knees, or on the back with a pillow under the knees.
