About the event
Join Nick & Ruba for a Group Meditation as we center ourselves and reset the balance. Please bring a mat (yoga or similar), blanket, water bottle, something to journal with (notebook and favorite pen), and anything else needed for comfort. We ask for a payment of $10 to reserve your spot within the group. Feel free to text us at 469-768-4040 with any questions. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. DOOR LOCKS AT 7:15pm
