It is not always easy to explain to other people what happens in sessions with Nick&Ruba. Massage Therapy is easier to explain; pain is gone, you feel like you are walking on sunshine, stress is gone and euphoria sets in. Explaining Introspective Odyssey (IO) work is not as simple due to its dynamic, multidimensional nature. It is something best experienced.
